Supervise and monitor HSE plans to ensure the compliance with the company and industry HSE standard operating procedures and regulations.  An engineering degree, and at least 2 years  in similar positions with international construction projects, are required. Strong communication and leadership skills, and excellent command of the English language and computer knowledge, are required.
